These Terms & Conditions explain how Nexa Print works and how you can buy and download our digital creations on https://nexa-print.com.

2. Publisher

Nexa Print is a small business run as a sole proprietorship (auto-entrepreneur). You’ll find all the legal details on our Legal Notice page.

3. Products

Nexa Print offers only digital products like printable posters and artistic designs. No physical products are shipped (for now!)

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€). You pay what you see. Prices might change sometimes, but the price shown when you order is the one that counts.

5. Orders & Payments

You place your order directly on our website. Payments are made online through secure services like PayPal or Stripe. Your order is confirmed only once the payment goes through.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Your digital products are ready to download as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your PDF files will also be available in your Nexa Print account space.

7. Right of Withdrawal

When you buy a digital product from Nexa Print, you agree that the download starts immediately and you give up your right of withdrawal, as allowed by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

8. Refunds

Because our products are digital and available instantly, we don’t offer refunds unless the file has a proven defect. If there’s any issue, email us at contact@nexa-print.com and we’ll help or refund you.

9. Intellectual Property

All Nexa Print designs are protected by copyright. When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable license for private use only. Reselling, sharing, or commercial use without permission is not allowed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nexa Print can’t be held responsible for technical issues that might block access to the website or digital downloads if those problems are out of our control.
